“Student Learning Compass” service offers a visual interactive service to assess skills/competencies acquisition in a specific course. It gives an interactive insight into the courses’ challenges and pedagogical objectives while providing an overview of the types of skills/competencies learners will need to acquire. “Student learning compass” service is inspired by the “Customer Journey Map”, a main service design tool for creating and achieving a customer experience by better understanding their expectations and optimizing their experience. We would like to apply this approach by adapting it for digital education at the level of a specific course while considering the DigComp framework for proficiency level. The project is conducted in collaboration with Cyberlearn and Digital Team Academy. We target to evaluate our approach over bachelor courses nevertheless the outcomes/results may be extrapolated to other learning contexts (enterprise training, continuing education, etc.)
